*Everyone must check-in at time of arrival in the Bed & Breakfast.
BALANCE DUE & ADDITIONAL PEOPLE
- Balance must be paid at time of check in via Cash or Credit Card; no checks are accepted
- Only registered glampers are allowed on premises. $50 fine per guest
- Other guests are NOT allowed to join you, unless approved ahead of time. (Example... An approved person might be someone who comes to cook for you, then they leave).
- A listing of all glampers must be provided prior to entering the camp site in the section listed below. See section below on last page
- If Parents are dropping off children for a birthday party, you MUST speak to the Inn-Keeper to make arrangements for the drop-offs for safety purposes.
DAMAGES
Guests are responsible for damages such as popped Air Mattress, Torn Tents, The use of Slime or breakage of the Inns Property.
Final Expenses will be based upon actual documented costs, plus any lost income. A minimal fine of $70 per cot will be charged to credit card at time of damage. If damage or replacement is greater than $200.00 a final bill will be issued and additional charges applied to credit card.
QUIET HOURS are between 10:00p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Respect quiet hours: Nearly every campground has quiet hours, usually from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. These are put in place not to disturb the neighbors, your camping neighbors or the guests sleeping in the main Bed & Breakfast. Voices carry in the still of night, so please be respectful of this time and keep your music down.

GLAMPING AREA
- If you are staying in one of the glamping tents, you must camp only in those places specifically provided.
• Plush Pool towels are included for your stay for your use only; they must be left behind. $50 fine for each towel taken; will be charged.
• The Fans located in tents have additional electrical outlets located on the fans. These fans are used to circulate the air in the tent and keep it cool.
• Electrical Post
o Pavilion fan and lights are shut off by using the light switches on the post near the glamping tent.
o Phone charging station are available on the post
o Additional electrical outlets are available on the post
- Smoking is only allowed at your glamping area and we include ash trays for your use. Smoking is not allowed around pool area.
PATIO SITTING AREA NEAR THE POOL
The Patio Sitting Area (area where TV is) is used for the Bed and Breakfast guests only. Absolutely no glass or glass bottles. You are welcome to hang out around the pool and use the sun chairs or sit around the large island under the patio.
Children's birthday parties (Cake, ice cream, music, etc) must be held at the Glamping Tents.

PARKING
All vehicles,are parked to the right of the bed and breakfast on the parking lot pad. It's near the tent area and it makes it easy to transport your items to your tent.
IMPORTANT.... If you will have more than two vehicles, please let us know. We can make special parking arrangements for the additional cars. If you are having a child's birthday party AND other parents are attending, you must make special arrangements for parking.
POOL - BATH HOUSE
- Pool Area Rules
o Pool hours are 9am to 10pm for adults. Children under 14 swimming time is from 9am to 5pm only. Additionally...They can swim the following morning from 9am to 11am.
o Music must be off by 10pm in the pool area. Music near your tent is permitted any time.
o Pool towels are not allowed around pool unattended
o Smoking is not allowed in pool or pool area
•Bath House Rules
o Towel hooks are available outside shower for people taking a shower.
o Dispenser Paper towels are available when washing your hands; please dispose in trash cans in bath house.
o Please leave pool house doors closed to avoid bugs entering the bathrooms.
CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY PARTIES and Children (4 yrs -14 yrs)
o Pool hours noon to 5pm only. Then again the following morning from 9am to 11am.
o Absolutely no pool time after 5pm. We must be courteous of our guests at the Bed and Breakfast which allows them pool time also.
o Please understand... THIS IS NOT A SWIMMING PARTY, your birthday party with Cake, ice-cream, drinks, smores, games, etc is held at the tents. You are renting a tent for an overnight glamping experience and you have access to the pool between specific hours. (noon to 5pm, and again the following morning from 9am-11am).
The guests at the bed and breakast come to relax and enjoy; therefore the space is shared with the glampers only during the times listed above.
Additionally, you MAY share space with other Adult Glampers if you only rented one tent. We strive to make sure everyone has their own space and can enjoy their time here at the Bed and Breakfast.
CANCELLATIONS :
Up to 14 DAY PRIOR - If you must cancel your stay, your entire deposit will be refunded up to 14 days prior to reservation date.
13 DAYs and LESS - Due to the intimate size of Louisiana Cajun Mansion B&B, cancellations within the 13 day period affect the inn greatly. You will be charged the entire amount of your stay. Deposits will not be refunded for any reason (this includes weather conditions, sickness, surgery and/or death) and the entire amount of the tent will be charged.
In the event of 100% rain forecasted, you will be allowed to move your stay to another day. ___Initial

There is no refund for checking out earlier than the number of days agreed at time of booking.
No-shows shall be charged for the entire tent amount originally reserved.
SANITATION
- Help prevent pollution by keeping garbage, litter, and foreign substances out of the camping areas.
- All garbage and litter must either be deposited in containers provided, or taken with you when you leave. There are small trash cans on your glamping porches and a large blue drum between the tents to empty the small trash cans in.
CAMP FIRES
- Obey any restrictions on fires. Fires are only permitted in the fire rings.
- Tiki Torches are permitted as long as they are only lit after dark and turned off prior to going to bed. Citronella Oil is included in the Tiki Torches.
- Please confirm your fire is completely extinguished before leaving. Do not leave your fire unattended. You are responsible for keeping fires under control.
- If you have no use for the extra firewood, it's ok to leave your extra firewood for the next person. With fewer things to pack, this is one item that might benefit you and those who use your site after you.
VEHICLE OPERATION
- Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. As you come through the gates, turn to the right and park on the parking pad.
- If you are more than two vehicles, please let management know so that they can make arrangements for your additional vehicles.
- Vehicles are not allowed near your glamping area FOR SAFETY PURPOSES.
PETS & ANIMALS
- No pets are allowed. Although we love pets and considered animal lovers ourselves, we can not allow other pets on the premises. Mattie and Max reside in the Proprietor's area and they do claim their rights to all outdoor areas even though they are in pens most of the time.. We would be happy to recommend a local boarding facility.
- Please do not try to pet the dogs or open the pens. This area is considered the proprietors area and not part of the designated glamping areas.
BED AND BREAKFAST TOURS
Tours are NEVER given at night. If you would like a tour, please coordinate a time with the Inn Keeper
