Pesto Marinade Recipe

This home-made recipe is easy to do and used when preparing the Romantic Capresse Appetizer for the Romantic Cajun Dinner at the Louisiana Cajun Mansion Bed & Breakfast.  It’s the fine details that makes this dish so exceptional and this marinade recipe is no different.  The dish without the marinade sauce is useless if you’re wanting to create a succulent tasting appetizer that you will remember.

Ingredients;

• 4 Tablespoons Pesto (homemade or store bought)
• 1 Tablespoon Honey
• 1 Tablespoon Raspberry Vinaigrette
• 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Salt and Pepper to Taste
• 5 drops Tabasco

Mix above ingredients with a whisk and store in refrigerator till needed.
