All guests are asked to be as quiet as possible during their stay as not to disturb other guests. There are complimentary snacks, coffee, sodas, and water located in the breakfast area. A complimentary adult beverage is offered in our stocked bar located in the living room at the time of arrival.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time is between 3pm - 6pm and Check out time is 11 am. There is no receptionist staffed between 6pm - 8:am; therefore if you are arriving outside of our regular check in times, you will follow the late check-in process after 6pm.
LATE CHECK-IN PROCESS
If arriving after 6pm, an envelope with your name on it will be in the wall mail box near the front entrance door. It will provide you with information for securing your room and we will see you at breakfast.
Additionally, you should have already been provided with gate codes and front door entry codes via email and/or text.
All rooms include a queen size bed with a private bath. All bath toiletries are included, including a hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, mouthwash, hair spray, makeup remover, plus a lot more.
The number of guests in the rooms are limited to 2 persons. There is no refund for checking out earlier than the number of days agreed at time of booking. There are no refunds due to weather.
Free secured parking is located to the right of the house.
Our rates may vary depending upon season, holidays and length of stay. Rates can change without notice and are subject to availability. All taxes (4%) and fees are in addition to the quoted room rates.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and cash. We do not accept personal or business checks.
Fifty percent of the entire cost of room plus add-ons, including tax is required at time of booking to confirm your room. Payment/remain balance is due in full at time of check-in.
Fifty Percent of the Room charges and items selected will be will be charged at the time of booking.
Up to 7 DAY PRIOR - If you must cancel your stay, your entire deposit will be refunded up to 7 days prior to reservation date. You will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
7 DAYs and LESS - Due to the intimate size of Louisiana Cajun Mansion B&B, cancellations within the 7 day period affect the inn greatly.
You will be charged the entire amount of your stay. Deposits will not be refunded for any reason (this includes weather conditions, sickness, surgery and/or death) and the entire amount of the room will be charged.

Louisiana Cajun Mansion is unable to accommodate small children. Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Government issued ID may be required at time of check in.
Louisiana Cajun Mansion is SMOKE/VAPOR FREE. Smoking is allowed only in the designed outdoor smoking area.
Please let us know of any special needs or dietary request. We will make an effort to accommodate them.
IN HOUSE RESTRICTIONS
Sorry, no candles, incense or cooking is allowed in the rooms. Our smoke detectors are very sensitive; you will cause an alarm to triggered. Our rooms are limited to one or double occupancy. No unregistered guests are allowed in the room.
Louisiana Cajun Mansion does not discriminate due to Sex, Race, Creed or Lifestyle; however we reserve the right not to serve anyone whose behavior is contrary to the policies or is potentially disruptive to other guests/residence.
